Ashton Morgan, MBA, MAMFT, LCMFT (Executive Director)
I am completeing my Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and enjoy working with clients who have a broad spectrum of relationship problems. My areas of expertise are infidelity, divorce, separation, addictions, children with behavioral issues, and men's issues. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to each client with complementary methodologies and techniques. With compassion and understanding, my approach to therapy is to focus on solutions to the problems that affect us all. It is my belief that meaningful change comes from deep within; it is not something that can be imposed by me as the therapist, nor are you expected to do it alone.
Terri Boyer, MAMFT (Pre-Licensed MFT)
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Pre-Licensed Professional. I believe in the structure and marriage. My goal is to assist couples and families, or individuals with achieving transformation in their lives. There will always be "road blocks" in life, my job is to assist you with navigation around the "road blocks" of life whether in relationships, infidelity, intimacy, or family conflict. Your mental, emotional, and spiritual health matters as much as your physical health. Let me assist with GPS (Great Professional Support) through those "road blocks".
Ashley Roberson, MAMFT (Pre-Licensed MFT)
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. I believe we all have the capacity to be caring, nurturing individuals, however, the trials of life do not always help to foster those qualities. My purpose in life is to aid individuals and families in finding their path through those troubled times. I provide a caring and non-judgmental environment where my clients can feel safe to explore who they are and who they want to become. I specialize in individuals, families, and couples as well as military families. As a veteran who deployed twice with the U.S. Air Force I understand the stress placed on the individual and family during those times. I would love the opportunity to help with anything hindering you from becoming your best you.
Miesha Rice, MSW, LCSW-C (Mental Health Clinician)
My therapeutic approach is holistic. Whereas I am firmly grounded in theoretical approaches, and evidence-based practices, I also believe that sometimes individuals and families benefit greatly from having an un-biased, non-judgmental sounding board; someone who can encourage focus on strengths, and looking at the glass as half full vs. half empty. I am passionate about my work, and I love to instill hope back into my clients, as well as guide them back to a state of homeostasis. I specialize in Family Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a wealth of experience working with children in the Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel Public School Systems. I also work with adolescent, adult female and male victims of domestic violence, and those needing services to satisfy requirements of community, social service, and court-ordered programs. In addition, I have received training from the Red Cross to provide services to Military families. I am also very skilled in providing trauma informed care, crisis intervention, working with victims and witnesses of crime, and providing grief and bereavement services to survivors of homicide. My motto is that "All things are possible...".
