Rates - We no longer accept commercial insurance.
Our standard fee is $250.00 for the first session ( up to 90 minutes) and $175.00 for subsequent sessions (50 minutes). Payment is made at the start of each session by cash, credit/debit card, or money order and a receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement. A cancellation fee of $100.00 is assessed for missed appointments or appointments that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
We will no longer bill your insurance company directly, we can give you a receipt for paid services that you can use to request reimbursement from your private insurance company. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Sorry, we do not offer reduced fees.
Cash, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Accounts, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $100.00 missed session fee.
